Why We Don't Do "3 Year", "5 Year" or "7 Year" Ceramic Coating
After thousands of hours of testing every ceramic product on the market, we found that no ceramic coating actually lasts 3-7 years.
In order to maintain the 3-7 year warranty that most coatings claim, you have to go in and pay every year for a "refresh" which typically costs $175-350. So it doesn't really last 3-7 years after all.
In terms of paint protection, you are actually better off reapplying a 1 year coating every year.
Not only that, but we used to offer 3-5 year ceramic coating, and a lot of our clients would pay the extra money, get into fender benders and then the insurance companies were not approving the cost of reapplying the ceramic coating.
This means that the money they paid for the 3-5 year coating went down the drain, and they would have to pay again for the new installation.
In total this would cost end up them costing thousands of dollars.
